Aspen Property Management is hiring a Part-Time Leasing & Inspections Assistant
Aspen manages rental units across Iowa City, Coralville, and North Liberty, Iowa. We're looking for someone reliable with a car to handle prospective-tenant showings and property inspections — a flexible, part-time role that fits around your schedule.
What you'll do
- Meet prospective tenants for scheduled showings
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspection reports
- Meet with the city rental inspector when permits are due
- Take marketing photos of units between tenants
What we're looking for
- Reliable car and valid driver's license
- Comfortable talking with people and representing Aspen professionally
- Able to work independently and communicate clearly by text/phone
- Based in the Iowa City, Coralville, or North Liberty area, flexible schedule (evenings/weekends helpful — that's when most showings happen)
- No real estate license required to do this role
Pay
$17/hour, approximately 8 hours/week to start.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
