Aspen Outdoor Designs is seeking experienced and motivated landscapers who take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship. Strong, non‑union pay structure with bonus opportunities like a sign‑on bonus of up to $5,000 (details provided during the interview). Benefits include health insurance, cell phone reimbursement, paid time off, paid holidays, and weekends off.

Perform landscape work on residential properties, including:

  • Planting, grading, sodding, mulching, and bed preparation
  • Installation of natural stone elements such as flagstone steppers and boulders.
  • Manage a crew of 2-3
  • No mowing: this is a construction‑focused landscaping role
