What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Nanny Needed in Basalt ASAP position at Aspen Nannies?
Family needs:
- Primary childcare for 4 month old baby boy
- Duties include: feeding, napping, changing diapers, keeping nursery generally orderly (do not need to thoroughly clean house, just keep the area tidy), go on walks, go to activities
- If willing: go to classes and activities that are within 10 minute driving distance to house (i.e. Baby class at the Waldorf in Carbondale)
- Work hours: 830am-500pm Monday - Friday
- If inclined/willing: additional hours available for weekend help if parents want to go on a date night or what not (not mandatory)
- Open to: multilingual candidates
Family details:
- 2 parents: who partially work from home (Mom works 4 days out of the house and most Friday's in the house on the computer, Dad works majority in the house on the computer and has an office away from the house as well)
- 1 older son is 3.5 years old and goes to school at the Waldorf
- 1 dog who is well trained and very good with children (breed: Border Collie)
Additional Requirements:
- Previous experience in daycare, nannying, or childcare
- First aid and CPR certification
- Ability to care for infants andpreschool-aged children
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both children and parents
- Reliable transportation to commute to the family's home
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Candidates must be living in the Roaring Fork Valley or have a set moving date arranged to be considered.
