THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR LICENSED PLUMBING AND HVAC TECHNICIAN

THE SCHEDULE:

• Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

OR

• Tuesday through Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm

YOUR ROLE AS OUR LICENSED PLUMBING AND HVAC TECHNICIAN:

As our Licensed Plumbing and HVAC Technician, your day begins with a review of the service schedule and a quick check of your well-equipped vehicle. You head out to your first residential call, where you might troubleshoot a heating issue, repair a plumbing fixture, or perform routine maintenance on an air conditioning unit. Each job is an opportunity to apply your technical expertise and deliver reliable, high-quality service. Throughout the day, you interact professionally with homeowners, clearly explaining the work and ensuring their systems are running efficiently. Occasionally, your schedule includes a commercial project, where you bring the same level of skill and attention to detail to support local businesses. By the end of the day, you've solved a range of mechanical challenges and helped keep homes and workplaces comfortable and functional.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• EPA Type 2 HVAC license
• Possession of basic hand tools
• Clean driver's license

The following qualifications are preferred:

• Plumbing license
• 1 years of service plumbing or HVAC service experience
• Customer-facing experience
• Basic technology (iPad) usage ability
