RN Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care, coordinate clinical services, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and professional standards.
Key Duties Include:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
Provide direct nursing care and monitor resident conditions
Supervise and coordinate care provided by LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff
Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions
Monitor, evaluate, and report changes in resident condition
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in admissions, discharges, assessments, and care planning meetings
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social services, and interdisciplinary team members
Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life
Serve as a clinical leader and resource for the nursing team
Qualifications
Required:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Montana
Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
Preferred:
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, post-acute care, assisted living, memory care, or geriatric nursing
Knowledge of care planning, clinical assessments, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance practices
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
