Available Shifts

12-Hour Shifts

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

RN Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care, coordinate clinical services, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and professional standards.

Key Duties Include:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans

• Provide direct nursing care and monitor resident conditions

• Supervise and coordinate care provided by LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff

• Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions

• Monitor, evaluate, and report changes in resident condition

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Participate in admissions, discharges, assessments, and care planning meetings

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social services, and interdisciplinary team members

• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life

• Serve as a clinical leader and resource for the nursing team

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Montana

• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment

Preferred:

• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, post-acute care, assisted living, memory care, or geriatric nursing

• Knowledge of care planning, clinical assessments, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance practices

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
