Key Accountabilities:
As a Territory Manager at Aspen Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in managing a team of underwriters to ensure the delivery of a profitable portfolio. You will contribute significantly to the development of the business plan for the portfolio, promoting Aspen Insurance's brand across all interactions. Your role will involve overseeing complex underwriting activities, ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met. You will also be responsible for recording and measuring insurance risks accurately. A key part of your role will be to continually develop your expertise and technical knowledge, as well as coaching your team members in their learning and development. As the go-to person within your team, you will act as an escalation point for underwriting decisions.

- Ensure adherence to underwriting standards, instructions, and good practice within your team
- Record and measure insurance risks accurately
- Continually develop expertise and technical knowledge

Skills & Experience:
