Our Opportunity:
The Client Account Manager/HR Business Partner serves as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and is responsible for client retention and satisfaction through engagement and utilization of AspenHR products and services. This role is part of a service team delivering high touch, white glove service to clients and worksite employees. The individual works hands-on and cross functionally to ensure all AspenHR services meet and exceed client expectations.
What You'll Do:
- Develop strong relationships with assigned clients by serving as a trusted advisor on all aspects of Aspen service. Instill confidence and trust through timely/accurate responses and following through on commitments.
- Recommend Aspen products and services as appropriate to improve clients' business processes and support business objectives. Proactively identify needs through regular meetings and outreach.
- Provide HR guidance to client contacts in all areas including policy and process development, compliance, best practice guidance, and employee relations. Provide advice and recommendations to resolve workplace matters such as performance concerns, policy infractions, and interpersonal conflicts.
- Guide clients on matters related to leave administration and accommodation requests.
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor by communicating key updates in federal/state compliance to client contacts and assist in implementing appropriate action plans.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the features and functions of our HRIS platform. Support clients in automating and streamlining processes, fully leveraging the HRIS capabilities. Train client users on functionality, assist in navigation and respond to their requests/inquiries.
- Responsible for keeping clients informed of new products/services, operational process changes, and federal/state employment laws through monthly newsletters and routine communications.

Other Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience; preferably a degree in business, management/leadership, or human resources.
- Minimum five years of generalist human resources experience with expertise in employee relations.
- Multi-client account management experience preferred; preferably in HR or financial services industry
- PEO/ASO experience a plus

NOTE: This position is a remote/work-from-home role that will support clients in the central to western states. Must reside in the central to pacific time zones.
Expected salary for CA applicants is $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
