Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Ensure dishwashing area is clean, organized, and stocked
- Remove trash and recycling from kitchen areas
- Assist with basic kitchen prep and cleaning as requested
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Work as part of a team to support the overall kitchen operation
Requirements:
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with a team
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- No prior experience required — we’re happy to train the right person
