Position Overview:
We are looking for a caring and relationship-driven Hospice Liaison to serve the Del Rio, TX area. This role is all about connection—building trust with local physicians, facilities, and families while helping them understand the comfort and support hospice care can bring. As the face of Aspen Hospice in the community, you will play an important role in making sure patients and families know they don’t have to face this journey alone.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop meaningful relationships with referral partners, facilities, and families in the community.
- Share the mission of hospice and help people understand the services, comfort, and peace it can provide.
- Be a compassionate resource for families exploring end-of-life care.
- Support patients and families by ensuring a smooth transition to hospice services.
- Represent Aspen Hospice at community events, health fairs, and outreach opportunities.
- Work hand-in-hand with our clinical team to make sure care is seamless and centered on what matters most to each patient.
What We’re Looking For:
- A compassionate and approachable personality with a genuine love for connecting with people.
- Previous hospice, home health, or healthcare marketing experience is a plus, but not required if you have a passion for helping others and strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Organized and dependable with a heart for teamwork.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
