Your position details and benefits include:

• Full-Time: (2)-12 hr NIGHT shifts 6:00pm - 6:00am w/ rotating weekends OR
• Part-Time (2)-12hr NIGHT shifts 6:00pm - 6:00am w/varied work schedule

Your goals and objectives include:

• Handle all inbound calls for the hospital's primary intake line, and route calls internally when necessary
• Review hospital-to-hospital transfer requests and staff with on-call psychiatrist for admission.
• Collaborate with admissions & nursing teams regarding incoming admissions.
• Escalate transfer declines to direct supervisor or administrator on call.
• Actively encourage and maintain the hospital's waitlist for admissions
• Coordinate telehealth requests from contracted hospitals to dispatch on-call telecrisis team for behavioral health assessments.
• Schedule patients for the hospital's outpatient services.

Your Qualifications and Requirements will include:

• Valid Utah RN license or Utah Clinical license with authorization to practice in Utah REQUIRED (RN, CSW, LCSW, CMHC, ACMHC, etc)
• Preferred (1) year of experience working in a psych inpatient setting and detox preferred, but NOT REQUIRED
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check & drug screen
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high customer service / interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize workflow (triage)
