Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Grill Cook/Sauté Cook at our Myrtle Beach location. The Grill Cook/Sauté Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes as per the restaurant's standards. Day-to-day tasks include food preparation, grilling, sautéing, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety regulations, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service. The Cook will also assist in creating new menu items and maintaining inventory.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques
- Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Culinary school certification or relevant culinary training is desirable
