Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Aggregate Production Foreman to lead on-site crushing operations and drive safe, efficient aggregate production. This role is hands-on and field-based, responsible for supervising crews, operating and maintaining mobile crushing equipment, and ensuring production targets are met without compromising safety.
This is a working leadership role for someone who understands crushing systems and can lead a crew while keeping equipment running and production moving.
Duties
- Lead and supervise daily operations of mobile crushing and screening plants (jaw, cone, screen decks, conveyors)
- Drive production to meet schedule and material output goals
- Ensure compliance with Air Quality, OSHA, MSHA, and company safety standards
- Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHA)
- Monitor and maintain crushing equipment including belts, pulleys, and conveyors
- Identify and coordinate maintenance and repair needs to minimize downtime
- Operate equipment as needed including loaders, excavators, and support machinery
- Complete daily production reports and field documentation
- Communicate effectively with field teams and leadership
- Lead by example in both safety and production accountability
Requirements
- 2 years of experience supervising mobile crushing or aggregate production operations
- Strong understanding of crushing systems and plant operations
- Experience operating loaders, excavators, crushers, screen plants, and stacking conveyors
- Mechanical aptitude; welding experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 30
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass drug/alcohol screening and respirator fit testing
- Proven ability to lead crews and maintain production standards in the field
