• Job Description: *We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team at Aspen Earthworks. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of five years' experience working with heavy equipment. A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required, and over-the-road (OTR) experience is a valuable plus. We offer above-average wages based on your experience.
  
  

Key Accountabilities

• Collaborate with the Equipment Manager and fellow mechanics to perform necessary repairs on civil construction heavy equipment, including but not limited to excavators, loaders, and dozers.
  
  

Essential Education

• Hands-on experience working with heavy earthmoving construction equipment, including excavators, loaders, haul trucks, graders, water trucks, and small equipment.
  
  

Desirable Criteria

• Demonstrated ability to achieve results within a team environment, even with minimal supervision at times.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to follow-up.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented work environment.
• Experience in heavy industrial construction is a plus.
