Key Responsibilities
- Monitor enrollment related systems including Medistreams to distribute incoming mail to Provider Enrollment team.
- Manage the Provider Enroll Inbox by reviewing incoming email messages, distribute requests and ensuring timely responses.
- Support completion of provider directory audits by verifying data accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of enrollment activities and ensure proper documentation is stored in designated systems.
- Collaborate with Provider Enrollment Specialists and Manager to ensure deadlines are met.
- Escalate issues or delays to appropriate team members as needed.
- Perform general administrative support tasks for the Provider Enrollment team.
- Special projects as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Familiarity with provider enrollment processes (a plus but not required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume tasks and prioritize effectively in fast paced environment.
- Ability to follow processes and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
