What You Will Do
- Lead office operations and support clinical teams to deliver outstanding patient care
- Hire, develop, and retain high-performing staff
- Consult with patients on treatment options and manage financial processes
- Analyze business results, manage P&L, and implement strategies to drive growth
- Prepare and lead daily huddles to optimize patient experience and team performance
Work Experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year managing a team (retail, hospitality, or service industry experience welcome)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
