What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Aspen Court Apartments?
- Prepare vacant apartments within 1–2 working days after move-out by completing all necessary repairs and unit readiness tasks.
- Remove all food items from refrigerators and cabinets, as well as any trash or belongings left behind by previous residents.
- Conduct daily inspections and maintain overall cleanliness of the community, including sidewalks, walkways, parking lots, playgrounds, and recreational areas.
- Perform groundskeeping duties such as blowing debris and picking up litter throughout the property.
- Identify and report health and safety hazards to ensure a safe living environment for residents.
- Maintain common areas—including laundry rooms and swimming pools—in a clean, safe, and fully operational condition.
- Complete basic maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical repairs, appliance servicing, carpentry, and painting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
