What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners to understand their roofing and exterior restoration needs.
- Build relationships and establish trust with customers throughout the sales process.
- Conduct property inspections and identify potential roofing and exterior restoration needs.
- Present solutions clearly and confidently based on the customer's needs.
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial appointment through project completion.
- Follow up consistently and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Use company-provided technology to document customer and project information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to help provide a smooth customer experience.
- Manage your sales opportunities and follow through on commitments.
- Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community.

Experience in outside sales, D2D sales, home improvement, automotive, solar, telecommunications, insurance, retail, hospitality, or other performance-driven sales environments can translate well into this position.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.
- Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet and company-provided technology.
- Must be able to reliably commute to the Parker, CO reporting office for required training, meetings, and business activities.
- Roofing experience is not required.
