Field-Based Position
Hiring throughout Eastern Nebraska and surrounding communities.
Important: This position services the Nebraska market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, team meetings, training, and other business-related activities will take place at designated locations communicated by your manager based on current business needs.

What You’ll Do
As a Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, perform professional property inspections, and guide customers through the restoration process from inspection to project completion.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.
- Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
- Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
- Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
- Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
- Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
- Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Experience in automotive sales, in-home sales, B2B sales, wireless, banking, retail sales, flooring, HVAC, solar, or other customer-focused industries is highly transferable.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift equipment as needed
- Ability to work a Full-Time schedule
This is a Full-Time W-2 position offering unlimited earning potential.
