If you’ve supported production in roofing, construction, restoration, or fast‑paced field operations, you already know this job isn’t for beginners. Aspen Contracting is looking for an experienced, detail‑driven, high‑urgency Production Support Specialist who knows how to move jobs forward, keep schedules tight, and support crews and managers with precision.

This role is built for someone who understands materials coordination, scheduling, job flow, and the operational heartbeat behind successful roofing projects.

What You’ll Do

• Support multiple production managers and active jobs at once
• Coordinate materials, suppliers, deliveries, and job readiness
• Manage job flow from assignment → build → final completion
• Maintain correct documentation, photos, permits, and warranties
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, crews, and vendors
• Assist with scheduling builds, inspections, and follow‑up work
• Update CRM systems and job files in real time
• Troubleshoot job issues quickly and escalate when needed

This is a role where your speed, accuracy, and problem‑solving directly impact project success.

What We’re Looking For (Experienced Required)

• 1–3 years in production support, project coordination, roofing, construction, insurance restoration or similar
• Strong understanding of materials, scheduling, and vendor coordination
• Fast‑paced multitasker with high accuracy
• Excellent communication and follow‑through
• CRM or project management software experience
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ownership mentality

⭐ Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus)

• Roofing or exterior construction background
• Familiarity with suppliers (ABC, SRS, Beacon, etc.)
• Understanding of roofing job flow and punch lists
