What You’ll Actually Do
You’ll start by learning how to create opportunities in the field and build trust with homeowners. This role involves proactive outreach — if you’re not comfortable starting conversations, this likely isn’t the right fit.
In this role, you will:
- Engage in homeowner conversations daily
- Walk families through property inspections and insurance restoration projects
- Present and guide customers through high‑value home exterior upgrades
- Practice and refine your pitch through feedback and repetition
- Contribute to a team that values discipline, growth, and results
This is a performance‑based sales role with uncapped income.
- Many representatives earn $100,000–$165,000 annually
- Strong performers often exceed $140,000-$165,000 per year
- Long‑term top producers and leaders can earn $200,000 annually
