Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Spanish Fork, UT for a QA Specialist. The QA Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, conducting audits, and implementing quality control measures. Daily tasks include monitoring production processes, identifying quality issues, establishing improvements, and ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Additionally, the role involves collaboration with internal teams to maintain excellence and consistency in the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management
- Knowledge and application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
- Expertise in Quality Auditing and quality assessment procedures
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or a relevant science discipline is a plus
