If you're an experienced legal support professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and meaningful client interaction, this opportunity is for you.What You'll Do:As a key member of the Trust & Estates team, you will support attorneys and clients by managing a variety of administrative and legal tasks, including:Drafting estate planning and elder law documents using HotDocs or firm-provided templatesPreparing legal correspondence and filing documents with the Auditor and Recorder, including Deeds, Affidavits, and DTE 101/100 EX formsOpening client files in SurePoint, drafting engagement letters, and processing expense reportsCoordinating client billing, handling invoices, maintaining accurate client records and listsCommunicating directly with clients and assisting with their needs in a professional and empathetic mannerPerforming various administrative and case management duties to support the teamWhat We're Looking For:3-5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in Trust & EstatesProficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced)Familiarity with probate softwareExceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsA client-first mindset and ability to thrive in a collaborative legal environmentWhy You'll Love This Role:Join a respected law firm where your expertise is valued and your work makes a real impact on clients' lives.
