About the Role

As an Aspen Book Company Team Member, you will help books move through every stage of our operation—from arriving at the warehouse to being processed, listed, organized, picked, packed, and shipped to customers.

This is an active, hands-on role. You will spend most of the day on your feet, working toward clear goals and learning different parts of the business.

You do not need previous warehouse or book experience. We provide training and are willing to invest in people who show up consistently, work hard, and want to improve.

What You’ll Do

• Scan and process books
• Help create accurate book listings
• Pick and pack customer orders
• Prepare orders for shipping
• Organize and move books throughout the warehouse
• Keep your workspace clean and organized
• Support your teammates when help is needed
• Follow company standards for quality, accuracy, and productivity

Experience

Previous warehouse, shipping, inventory, retail, or book experience is a plus, but it is not required.

Physical Expectations

This is an active warehouse position. Team members should be comfortable:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Performing repetitive tasks
• Moving and organizing boxes of books
• Working at a steady pace throughout the day
• Safely lifting and carrying warehouse inventory
