Position Summary
Aspen Air is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Industrial Gas Sales person to support the growth of our business in oxygen, nitrogen, argon, helium, and Electronic Specialty Gas-related solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across key industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand sales of industrial gases (oxygen, nitrogen, argon, helium) and related services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries (manufacturing, semiconductor, energy, etc.)
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and supply solutions tailored to customer needs
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and supply-demand dynamics
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure reliable supply and customer satisfaction
- Support Electronic Specialty Gas -related initiatives and promote sustainable gas solutions
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial gases, chemicals, or related industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial gas industry (oxygen, nitrogen, argon, helium)
- Knowledge of supply chain, bulk gas, or onsite gas systems
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is a plus
- Experience with ESG-related products or sustainability initiatives
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
