Duties
- Support residents with meal preparation, feeding, and nutrition management to promote healthy living
- Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities to foster community involvement and mental stimulation
- Maintain cleanliness of living spaces through routine cleaning tasks to ensure a hygienic environment
- Familiarity with HIPAA privacy standards and resident rights to ensure confidentiality and dignity
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to coordinate care plans and report concerns
- Certification in CPR and First Aid to respond promptly during emergencies
