Aspen Academy is seeking caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Assistant Teachers to support our classrooms serving children Infant through Pre-K.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and daily lesson plans
• Support engaging classroom activities that encourage learning through play
• Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom environment
• Engage with children to support their cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development
• Use positive redirection and assist with behavior management strategies
• Support strong classroom management and daily routines
• Communicate effectively with team members and families

Qualifications:

• Experience in early childhood education preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with a Lead Teacher
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Patience, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with young children
