This role requires knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, USP guidelines, telepharmacy regulations, and FDA oversight of compounded products.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory & Compliance Leadership

Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality & Regulatory Compliance Program for Aspargo’s telehealth and compounding operations.

Lead audits, regulatory inspections, and licensing renewals across multiple states.

Quality Assurance Program Build-Out

Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for pharmacy operations, compounding, dispensing, telehealth prescribing, labeling, and shipping.

Manage pharmacovigilance and safety reporting integration with telehealth providers.

Conduct internal audits and mock inspections to maintain inspection readiness.

Train staff and pharmacy partners on compliance, patient safety, and quality standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Aspargo leadership, telehealth providers, and compounding partners to ensure seamless integration of quality practices across the care continuum.

Work closely with regulatory, clinical, and operations teams to ensure compliance from R&D through dispensing.

Serve as primary liaison with external pharmacy partners on quality agreements, SOP alignment, and risk management.

Operational Oversight

Oversee licensing and credentialing processes for pharmacists, pharmacies, and prescribers in all 50 states.

Provide guidance on pharmacy workflow optimization, compounding safety, and prescription fulfillment logistics.

Ensure compounding facilities adhere to GMP-like practices where applicable.

Develop metrics and reporting dashboards for compliance performance and quality KPIs.
