Vice President of Compute (GPU Infrastructure)

About the Company

We are a profitable, pre-IPO company with multiple GPU rollouts in the pipeline, including a 150MW data center designed to host next-generation NVIDIA VR (Vera Rubin) GPUs. Our mission is to deploy, operate, and support infrastructure that will power the most demanding AI workloads in the market. With a strong financial foundation and a clear path to public markets, we are scaling aggressively to meet the accelerating demand for AI compute.

The Role

We are seeking a VP of Compute – an operational leader who will own the physical deployment of our GPU infrastructure, manage ongoing service and support, and build our Network Operations Center (NOC) from the ground up.

You will be responsible for:

• Install & Footprint – Leading the physical rollout of GPU clusters
• GPU Rollout – Managing the lifecycle of thousands of GPU’s, including next-generation NVIDIA VR GPUs
• Ongoing Service & Support – Ensuring tenant workloads run without interruption
• Build a NOC – Recruiting, staffing, and operating a 24/7 Network Operations Center

Who You Are

You have deployed large-scale GPU clusters in production. You understand the operational realities of high-density AI infrastructure – power, cooling, networking, and hardware remediation. You have built or led a NOC. You are comfortable on a data center floor and in front of executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and operating large GPU clusters (10,000 accelerators)
• Background in HPC, AI infrastructure, or hyperscale data center operations
• Experience building or managing a Network Operations Center (NOC)
• Deep familiarity with NVIDIA GPU architectures (multiple generations)
• Working knowledge of liquid cooling at scale
• US-based – ability to work on-site at data center locations as needed
