Senior Legal Counsel (Dallas, TX)
A leading global compute-infrastructure and AI technology company is seeking multiple Senior Legal Counsels to join its growing in-house legal team. Based in Dallas, these roles will support the organisation across key areas including Real Estate, Capital Markets, and Technology/Commercial.
Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic legal support to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
• Manage legal risk and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support business growth, corporate projects and operational initiatives
• Coordinate external counsel where appropriate and oversee transaction-related work
• Contribute to the development of internal legal processes, policies and templates
• Support general corporate, commercial and governance matters as required
Preferred Background (choose depending on focus):
Real Estate:
• Experience with property transactions, land acquisition, leasing, construction or development agreements
Capital Markets:
• Experience with debt/equity financing, capital markets transactions, securities matters or corporate fundraising
Technology/Commercial:
• Experience with commercial contracts, technology agreements, licensing, data protection or IP
Requirements:
• JD and active US bar admission
• Strong transactional or commercial legal experience, either in-house or law firm
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Excellent communication skills and strong commercial judgement
