No exterior cleaning experience is required. We hire primarily for attitude, character, work ethic, and willingness to learn. We’ll train you on the skills.

The Position
You’ll work alongside another technician on a two-person crew providing exterior cleaning services for homeowners and businesses throughout our community.
Our work includes roof treatments and moss removal, gutter cleaning, house washing, pressure washing, Christmas lighting, and other exterior services.
This is active, hands-on outdoor work. You’ll work in changing PNW weather, use ladders and professional cleaning equipment, and at times work at heights while following our safety and fall-protection procedures.
We take a lot of pride in leaving properties better than we found them and treating our customers and their homes with care.
Who We’re Looking For
You do not need previous exterior cleaning experience.
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Comfortable working outdoors year-round
- Comfortable with heights and extension ladders
- Physically capable of active outdoor work
- Willing to learn and receive feedback
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in doing things right
- Interested in growing their skills and taking on more responsibility over time
Experience in landscaping, construction, roofing, painting, pressure washing, Christmas lighting, or other home-service work is a plus, but not required.
A valid driver’s license is required.

Compensation
$20–$30 per hour
For someone coming in with no experience, our entry-level starting rate is $20/hour. Previous experience and applicable skills may justify a higher starting rate.
From there, we believe in rewarding people as they learn the work, become more productive, and take on greater responsibility. There is real opportunity to increase your pay and advance within ASNEW as you grow with the company.
