Role Description
This full-time, on-site role of System Trainer – Go-Live Support & Rounding is based in Windsor, CT. The System Trainer will facilitate training sessions for end-users, provide thorough go-live support, and ensure continuous guidance through on-site system operations. Day-to-day tasks include developing and delivering effective training materials, assisting users during live software implementations, and coordinating with other teams to address system adoption concerns. This role requires hands-on involvement in troubleshooting user challenges and ensuring seamless integration into workflows.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:
- 2 years of experience in system training, clinical informatics, or at-the-elbow support within a healthcare environment.
- Experience supporting technology rollouts (e.g., UKG, Epic, Workday, Kronos, ServiceNow) preferred.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage staff across nursing and administrative teams.
- Confident in explaining and demonstrating system functions to users with varying technical skill levels.
- Effective troubleshooting, problem-solving, and escalation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and digital learning tools.
