We are seeking a dynamic In-Fab Logistics Senior Material Handler to oversee material operations within the customer fab. This role is critical to ensuring seamless material flow, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence in a high-tech cleanroom environment.

We are seeking a dynamic In-Fab Logistics Senior Material Handler to oversee material operations within the customer fab. This role is critical to ensuring seamless material flow, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence in a high-tech cleanroom environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- {{b}}Safety First{{/b}}: Champion a safety-first culture by adhering to PPE requirements and proactively addressing safety concerns.
- {{b}}3rd‑Party Program Success Management:{{/b}} Oversee operational performance in a 3rd‑party atmosphere, ensuring all partners operate at the highest level of quality, alignment, and efficiency to support fab operations.
- {{b}}Material Flow Oversight{{/b}}: Manage inbound deliveries from 3PL (DHL), update material flow trackers (MFT, MHR, R2D), and communicate emergency order arrivals.
- {{b}}Inventory Management{{/b}}: Lead cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate stock levels using SAP and other inventory tools.
- {{b}}Cleanroom Operations{{/b}}: Facilitate material movement across cleanroom zones (Laydown Area, SUBFAB, System Work Area) and maintain housekeeping standards.
- {{b}}Return Logistics{{/b}}: Oversee Perfect Material Return (PMR) processes and ensure proper packaging, documentation, and handover.
- {{b}}Urgent Support{{/b}}: Expedite critical materials during machine hard-downs and support engineering teams with timely logistics.
- {{b}}Documentation & Reporting{{/b}}: Ensure accurate logging of material transactions and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- {{b}}Process Optimization{{/b}}: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, lead GEMBA walks, and ensure 6S adherence.
- {{b}}Education{{/b}}: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- {{b}}Experience{{/b}}: 2–3 years in logistics or operations, preferably in a semiconductor or cleanroom environment.
- {{b}}Technical Skills{{/b}}:
- Proficiency in Outlook and Excel.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Familiarity with MFT, MHR, R2D, and warehouse tracking systems.
- Experience handling heavy materials using pallet jacks and carts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
- Adaptability to changing workloads and priorities.
- Ownership and accountability in task execution.
- Ability to work independently and follow structured procedures.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- {{b}}Cleanroom Work{{/b}}: 75 % of time spent in cleanroom; must wear full PPE.
- {{b}}Physical Activity{{/b}}: Frequent walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and standing.
- {{b}}Schedule{{/b}}: Compressed work week (12-hour shifts, rotating 3–4 days/week); day and night shifts available.
- {{b}}Travel{{/b}}: May require occasional domestic travel.
- Must pass a 10-year background check.
- Must demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
