REPORTS TO : Sous Chef
FLSA STATUS : Part-Time / Hourly / Non -Exempt
Summary
SAVOR Food & Beverage / ASM, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for dishwashers for ASM / SAVOR Jacksonville.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and clean inventory of small wares, utensils, and kitchen supplies
Works with chemicals and cleaning supplies to keep area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary
Maintains safe and sanitary working conditions for kitchen personnel
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Must complete Alcohol Compliance Training
To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess the ability to perform all essential duties and responsibilities in a satisfactory manner
Education and / or Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred
Some dishwashing or janitorial experience preferred

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move around the facility; to stand for long hours during events; talk and hear. This position may require work inside or outside of the building, as needed by events.
Daily lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. Up to 5 minutes at a time.
Constant reaching, standing, walking and stooping
Performing work through repetitive eye / hand coordination
