Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager for Caesars Superdome | Smoothie King Center | Champions Square | Shrine on Airline.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise Housekeeping Supervisors, Scheduling Clerk, Storeroom Manager, and Housekeeping Event Supervisors
- Maintain appropriate inventory of supplies, with vendors to discuss and determine which will in the facility inside and outside maintenance personnel
- Train housekeeping staff as well as gain up-to-date knowledge through seminars, etc.
- Tour the facility to ensure cleanliness inside and outside
- Oversee all operations for housekeeping at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and Champions Square during and post-event
- Able to function as a manager when needed
- Provide recommendations to management if disciplinary actions are necessary
- Enforce all policies and procedures
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications

- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
- Must have knowledge of staffing requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills for planning coverage around events required
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of management principles and procedures as relates to personnel deployment and utilization
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years maintenance experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
