Allegiant Stadium

Job Summary
We are seeking energetic, responsible undergraduate interns to join ASM Global in the following departments: Marketing, Sales, Technical Operations, and Sports and Live Events. Interns will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of the daily tasks, procedures, and practices within Sports and Entertainment by supporting department tasks, projects, and responsibilities.
Essential Functions
- Complete Department project as assigned by department head
- Assist with ongoing daily administrative tasks
- Support department for event preparation
- Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents
- Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
- Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks
Required Qualifications (Job Knowledge, Skills, and Education):
- Must be eligible for school credit and enrolled as a FT undergraduate student
- Must be able to commit to a minimum work schedule of 18 hours per week (20-30 hours preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Detail-oriented and exceptional attention to detail
- Eager to learn and be proactive with new tasks
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Competency with hand tools is preferred
- Ability to multi-task and to be able to work with the public required
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to work indoors and outside
- Must be high-energy team player
- Must be organized, flexible, and able to accept direction and constructive criticism
