Responsibilities
Perform commercial cleaning and janitorial services in offices, restrooms, and common areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform floor care (floor tech duties such as polishing and maintenance)
Empty trash and recycling bins
Restock supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper)
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures
Report maintenance issues or hazards
Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals
RequirementsValid Driver’s License (required)
Must pass drug screening and criminal background check
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience as a commercial cleaner, custodian, janitor, or floor technician preferred
Work Environment
Physically active role (walking, bending, lifting)
Exposure to cleaning chemicals
May require evenings, weekends, or holidays
