We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. This role involves various cleaning tasks, ensuring that all spaces are sanitized, organized, and welcoming for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for use.
- Carry out carpet cleaning duties to maintain the appearance and hygiene of carpets in various settings.
- Cook simple meals or prepare snacks when required by clients, adhering to any dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and client expectations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or housekeeping management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning supplies is a plus.
