What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Custodian DAYS position at Aslan's Maintenance?
Mon - Friday, daytime. approximately 4 hrs/ day, with some variations. Start time approximately 9 am.
Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste materials properly
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways and lobbies
- Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment when necessary
- Abide by Aslan's Maintenance company policies and standards.
-Valid driver's license required. Good driving record a plus.
Experience:
- No experience needed, will train. Previous experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance helpful.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
-Consistency and reliability are critical.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and visitors in a professional manner
