Project Manager – Water/Wastewater Construction Company: Aslan Construction Location: In-Person with Travel Expectations Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday) | Overtime Available Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 Annually
Role Overview Aslan Construction is seeking a results-driven Project Manager with extensive experience in water and wastewater infrastructure. This position oversees project delivery from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring technical accuracy, cost control, safety compliance, and schedule adherence. The ideal candidate brings an entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and a solid foundation in engineering principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct preconstruction planning, budget development, and contract management
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications with precision
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain construction schedules
- Lead procurement and change order processes
- Manage CDPHE permitting and coordinate with municipal and engineering stakeholders
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure regulatory and safety compliance
- Resolve project challenges effectively while maintaining positive client relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, preferably in water/wastewater construction
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass drug screening, physical exam, and background check
