Shift Leader

Shift Leaders are a critical in creating a respectful and positive environment and to our day to day operations. They are responsible for organizing and managing the team as they prepare for and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a clean and safe restaurant. Shift Leaders must effectively communicate with the management team to ensure our sales, labor, and profitability goals are met.

Responsibilities Include

Team Environment

• Communicate job expectations and shift responsibilities to employees
• Hold team members accountable for performance accurately and respectfully
• Support the development of team members
  
  

Operational Excellence

• Create and maintain a guest focused culture
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed
• Ensure shift is staffed and meets guest service goals
• Ensure shift has adequate product for use and prepared as directed
• Action plans to ensure a safe, secure, and healthy environment
• Action plans to drive system improvements
  
  

Profitability

• Control costs while also driving service and sales goals
• Manage in-restaurant cash and banking procedures to standard
• Execute promotions with team training and sampling
  
  

Skills / Qualifications

• Fluent reading and writing in English
• Basic computer skills
• Math and financial management
• 1 year restaurant or retail experience
• 1 year supervisory experience (preferred)
• Food Safety trained (certified preferred)
