Qualifications
Skill matrix:
- DB2 (Z/OS) application Programming including knowledge of DB2 SQLs
- CICS application Programming
- Experience with QMF, SPUFI and FILEAID/CA-RC-Browse
- Mainframe technologies (Cobol, CICS, JCL, DB2, Zeke, X/PTR)
- Experience with structured system development methodologies, preferably waterfall method
- Experience with COBOL debugging tools like XPEDITOR/CA-Intertest
- Candidates local to the Raleigh / Triangle Area
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to translate and communicate highly technical concepts to both technical and non-IT business users
- Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with clients
- Extensive experience conducting problem analysis and issue resolution
- Experience performing business requirements definition, reviewing functional specifications, developing test cases, and performing unit testing
- Excellent written skills including experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word and Excel)
