Custodian Technician (Part-Time)

Schedule: Monday–Friday night shifts, with occasional weekend work as needed

Job Summary

ASK Facility Solutions is seeking a motivated and dependable Custodian Technician to provide high-quality cleaning and custodial services for commercial office buildings. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments through routine cleaning, sanitation, and facility support tasks.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and is dependable. Previous custodial experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, and trash removal.
• Maintain cleanliness of commercial office spaces, restrooms, hallways, kitchens, and common areas.
• Operate custodial equipment and cleaning tools as needed.
• Safely use cleaning products and follow proper chemical handling procedures.
• Assist with floor care, including polishing and maintaining floors.
• Remove trash and maintain sanitation standards throughout assigned areas.
• Perform additional custodial and facility-related tasks as required.
• Report maintenance concerns or larger facility issues when identified.
• Help ensure buildings remain clean, safe, and presentable for employees, clients, and visitors.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and moving supplies.
• Professional and respectful when interacting with clients and building occupants.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday night shifts and occasional weekends as needed.
