Job Title: Sourcing Operations Specialist  

Duration: 12 Months 

Location: Seattle, WA and Springfield, MO (Hybrid role) 

Pay range: $49 - $59 per hour on W2 

Please note - This role is only available in the following locations: Seattle, WA (strongly preferred) and Springfield, MO, in alignment with our flexible work model which requires employees to be in the office at least three days a week. We are unable to offer relocation assistance for this role.

Our Global Sourcing Operations team is looking for a Sourcing Operations Specialist who thrives on collaboration, cares about operational excellence, and is ready to help us push forward what it means to deliver best-in-class support across Procurement. 

This role is essential in driving smooth execution of sourcing activities across the enterprise. You'll be the connective tissue between category leaders, legal, finance, and procurement ops - ensuring that intake requests, contracts, and day-to-day sourcing tasks are handled with clarity and consistency. 

You'll bring a mindset for simplicity, ownership, and progress. We're looking for someone who doesn't just complete tasks - but who sees opportunities, brings ideas, and leads from wherever they are. 

Responsibilities of the Sourcing Operations Specialist:

• Drive the intake process by engaging with stakeholders and routing requests for efficient resolution. 

• Own tactical sourcing tasks including contract routing, SOW and order form review, and vendor engagement. 

• Collaborate with category teams to support strategy implementation and help improve cross-functional alignment. 

• Help reduce delays by following up regularly with internal and external stakeholders. 

• Maintain organized documentation and track sourcing activity in internal systems (e.g., Pro-Act). 

• Identify process improvement initiatives across sourcing workflows and help us simplify where possible. 

• Contribute to sourcing playbooks, templates, and repeatable frameworks that enable team success. 

Qualifications of the Sourcing Operations Specialist:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement operations, or contract-related roles. 

• Familiarity with intake management, contract routing, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. 

• Strong communication, organization skills, and follow-through. 

• Experience working with Legal and Finance. 

• Bonus: experience supporting marketing, tech, SaaS, or contact center categories. 

• A team player who listens and brings positive energy to your work.

• You take pride in doing things the right ways and helping others succeed.
