About the Role
RDNC is seeking a full-time, on-site Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to support a community-based geriatric care program in Indiana. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient health and quality of life.
Compensation & Benefits
- $30–$38 per hour, dependent on experience
- Paid travel time at hourly rate
- Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and follow-up evaluations
- Develop individualized nutrition care plans based on medical needs, cultural preferences, and patient goals
- Provide nutrition education to patients and families, including chronic disease management and lifestyle guidance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Document care in accordance with program and company standards
- Complete administrative and organizational tasks as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related accredited field
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Active Indiana state license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfort with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nutrition care
