Location: Collierville TN 38017
Duration: 6 Months
Pay rate: $56-57/hr. on W2
SHIFT : Monday - Thursday 12:00pm-9:00 PM PST, Friday 10:30 am- 7:30 PM
Job Description:
Position Summary :
- This is a Specialty Pharmacist position Client in Collierville, Tennessee.
- The pharmacist is responsible for reviewing prescriptions, checking drug interactions, verifying medication accuracy, counseling patients, answering medication-related questions, and communicating with physicians when clarification is needed.
- The role also includes ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations, quality assurance standards, and controlled substance procedures.
Requirements:
- Pharmacy degree from an accredited college.
- Active and unrestricted Tennessee Pharmacist license.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- 1 year of pharmacy experience preferred, especially in specialty pharmacy.
- Call center/customer service experience is a plus.
Education:
- Degree in pharmacy from an accredited school of pharmacy and must hold a current license as a Registered Pharmacist in TN
