Job Title: Bus Bkg Ops Credit Assoc I
Location: Johnston, RI ,02919
Duration: 3 months (Potential for Extension)
Pay Rate: $21.12/hr.
Job Description:
Recreate and verify loan account history and statements Read and interpret periodic statements Perform data entry using locked Excel templates (no formula editing) Self-assign 20–100 accounts from a queue daily Conduct peer quality control (QC) on others’ work No customer interaction; work is internal and peer-focused Attention to detail is critical Collaborative mindset for peer QC and team communication Familiarity with loan and payment terminology is helpful Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook Onsite every day Start time between 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM (some flexibility) In-person interviews preferred Structured training provided, including SOPs Peer QC is part of onboarding and ongoing workflow Ideal candidate has experience with repetitive tasks and high accuracy
- The Business Support Specialist provides a wide variety of support activities ensuring the operational readiness of the organization.
- Primary responsibilities include:
- Following standard operating procedures
- Data entry
- Research of customer accounts
- Reporting and Analytics
Required Skills/Experience:
- Attention to detail and strong organizational/time management skills
- Strong communication skills: email and business internal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and perform in a deadline driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word
Education:
- HS diploma or equivalent

- Credit bureau research for data on first delinquency dates
- Data entry (basic adding and subtracting, no complex formulas)
- Following SOPs and procedures
- Internal communication via email and Teams
- Providing feedback and asking questions
