HIRING IMMEDIATELY – FULL-TIME POOL SERVICE TECHNICIAN
ASJEM Pool & Spa, LLC is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our growing team!
Pay: $2,000 every 2 weeks Commission
We're looking for someone with a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. No experience is necessary—we'll train the right person!
Job Responsibilities
- Service 15–20 residential and commercial pool and spa accounts per day
- Test and balance pool water chemistry
- Clean pools, spas, filters, skimmers, and equipment
- Inspect equipment and report any repair needs
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with customers
Requirements
- Must have your own reliable truck
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Clean driving record preferred
- Must have a smartphone to use our service software
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently outdoors in all weather conditions, including hot summer temperatures
- Able to lift 50–75 lbs.
- Must be able to pass a background check (if applicable)
You must also agree to obtain your Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification within 6 months of hire. We will help guide you through the certification process. Once you successfully pass the exam and become Certified, ASJEM Pool & Spa will reimburse you for the full cost of your CPO certification.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Start time: 7:00 AM
- Work until your daily route is completed (typically servicing 15–20 accounts)
- Must remain available for on-call service requests until 5:00 PM
Optional weekend work is available for additional compensation.
