Sales Management Trainee

Asiri Solutions is looking for a motivated Sales Management Trainee to build hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, marketing, and leadership.
In this role, you’ll work directly with customers in retail environments while receiving training and mentorship designed to support your professional growth.
What You’ll Do
- Represent client brands through professional, face-to-face customer interactions.
- Engage with customers and support sales through in-store promotions and campaigns.
- Assist with product launches and other client marketing initiatives.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver a positive experience.
- Participate in training focused on sales, communication, and leadership.
- Develop coaching and leadership skills alongside experienced team members.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old, as required for this position.
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working with customers in a retail environment.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
