Principal Software Architect

As a Principal Software Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of transformative solutions that drive measurable business value for clients. Your remit spans software engineering, data architecture, and AI-driven innovation, ensuring Asinpa’s solutions are robust, scalable, and future-ready. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through digital transformation journeys and ensuring successful adoption of cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

·        Solution Delivery: Own end-to-end solution delivery, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch optimization, ensuring alignment with client business goals and measurable impact. Oversee cross-functional delivery teams, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and manage client expectations to ensure solutions are implemented on time, within scope, and with high quality

·        Solutions Architecture: Architect integrated solutions that leverage cloud, data, and AI technologies to solve complex business challenges, ensuring scalability, security, and future readiness. Define and implement reference architecture patterns for development teams, providing technical leadership and guiding the overall technical direction to maintain consistency and quality across all solutions.

·        Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to define success metrics, measure solution impact, and guide them through adoption and change management. Act as a trusted advisor, translating business objectives into actionable technology strategies.

·        Innovation & Best Practices: Drive adoption of best practices in solution delivery, including agile methodologies, DevOps, and continuous improvement. Mentor teams in modern solution patterns, including microservices, data pipelines, and AI/ML integration.

·        Continuous Improvement: Continuously review and enhance solution delivery processes, identifying opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and innovation. Use analysis and feedback to guide improvements that benefit both clients and delivery teams.

·        Mentorship & Team Development: Mentor other team members, contribute to code reviews and team activities, and foster a culture of learning and excellence.

·        Proactive Problem Solving & Communication: Demonstrate initiative by proactively identifying and solving problems. Communicate proactively with teammates and customers regarding work status, issues, and risks.

·        Security & Compliance: Follow Asinpa’s and its clients’ security protocols and development practices.

Technical requirements:

·        At least 7 years of experience architecting, designing, and developing scalable solutions, plus a minimum of 3 years of project leadership experience.

·        Demonstrated architectural leadership with microservices, distributed applications, and cloud-native solutions.

·        Experience architecting solutions that incorporate data engineering, analytics, and machine learning components.

·        Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure ML) and data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Lake, AWS Redshift, SQL Server).

·        Demonstrated expertise in at least one modern technology stack (such as Microsoft .NET, LAMP, MERN, or similar), with proven ability to architect and deliver complex solutions using that stack.

·        Azure Solution Architect or AWS Solution Architect Associate certification is preferred but not required.

Soft skills/requirements:

·        Previous consulting experience is required.

·        Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, leading small to medium-sized projects.

·        Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

·        Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in business terms.

·        Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.

·        Proficient in effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing, including telephone and virtual meetings.

·        Ability to quickly learn new business domains and adapt to rapidly changing environments.

·        Strong organizational, written, and prioritization skills.

·        Excellent customer service skills.
