Clear communication and close partnership with our web developers and our clients is essential to ensure the integrity of the design is carried through to launch.
Responsibilities:
- Design responsive web layouts and UI components that reflect the brand ID.
- Extend brand systems into functional, on-brand digital experiences.
- Collaborate with clients, developers, and our design team through to launch.
- Communicate design intent to our dev team through various means of representation (sharing examples, mocking up sketches in After Effects, Figma, etc).
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in web/digital design at branding or creative studios
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and responsive design principles
- Strong foundation in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Experience creating or working within brand identity systems
- Understanding of accessibility standards and UX best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design thinking
Nice to Haves:
- Front-end familiarity (e.g., HTML/CSS/Webflow)
- Experience with using “vibe coding” tools (v0, Replit, Cursor) to build early prototypes
- Experience with animation or interaction design
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand-driven web projects
